Parameters

buffer

A byte array that will be used as storage for the new LeadStream object.

offset

The offset in buffer that will be used as the origin of the new LeadStream object.

Return Value

The returned ILeadStream can be be disposed by casting it as System.IDisposable and use the System.IDisposable.Dispose method.
